Mr. Lee Shephard, Safety Manager at Roper Staffing, will be presenting on OSHA and COVID. Mr. Shephard has been with Roper Staffing for 3 years. He also had the privilege of serving 34 years in the South Carolina Air National Guard in various roles retiring as the Operations Group Command Chief. He has over 20 years experience in flight, weapons, construction, and industrial safety. He lives in Lexington with his wife Susan, who retired as a school teacher after 40 years of making a difference. His daughters Kelly and Jessica are both doctors of Physical Therapy; Jessica lives in Greenville and Kelly in Moab, Utah.
